I'm of the opinion that more people should talk about the experience of having a vagina, which is probably why I'm the friend who is always causally bringing up periods in conversation with friends. I only recently discovered sustainable alternatives to disposable tampons/pads, and now I'm like, "Where has this been all my life?!" and "Did you know?!"
There is still so much I don't know. (For instance, up until I read this post of yours several minutes ago, I had no idea the vaginal speculum could be stored warm! Why aren't more doctors doing so? Are they all sadists?!)
